TRAINING

Halter training is 495.00 and includes clipping for all shows except Nationals and Worlds.

The fee for driving training is 495.00 and includes all clipping for all shows except Nationals and Worlds.

This fee includes training, grooming, premium feed and hay, light turnout, clipping and razoring at all shows except the world and national shows, all grooming supplies, coat and hoof supplements as needed.

I have been training miniature horses for over 30 years and I strive to develop each horse to its full potential. Specializing in Driving, halter and Liberty I have had numerous horses win National top tens, world champions and regional champions. I love working with the youth and amateurs and helping them to gain the confidence to achieve their goals with their horses!
We utilize different workouts so the horses wont get bored, round penning, hot walker, and working them beside a golf cart out in the open area as this gives them lots more to look at and enjoy while working. I develop each horse at their own pace and bring them along carefully to bring them to their fullest potential!

I also "Catch Handle"* a few select horses and the charges for handling are $35.00 at regular shows per class and 100.00 per class at nationals. The horse must be well groomed, fit, and of really good quality.

Using a variety of workouts keep the horses from getting bored and will develop the muscles in specific areas according to the workout. We do turn out our show horses early morning or early evening to keep them happy and to have a little free time..

*Horses that I catch handle will not take precedence over any horses in training full time

Ten Ls Legacys All Decked Out is a gorgeous ASPC AMHR stallion. He has won numerous supremes and HOF in limited showing! He is sired by Ten Ls Tigers Legacy and out of Ten Ls Dainty Mitze! All Decked Out won two reserve National Championships in 2011! We are very proud of how he has done in the show ring! He is owned by Pecos East Farm, Don and Billie Rickert!

MTC Sundial with Laura Tennill Driving! Sundial is owned by David and Sally Lee and Family and has been a phenomenal driving, halter and liberty horse for them. Sundial has won National Grand Champion Country Pleasure driving horse along with numerous Top Tens!

I take a few horses in for fall conditioning and driving training after Nationals
Our daily rate at the shows is $75.00 per day of the show. Most of the shows we attend are 2 day shows, so this fee would be $150.00 and covers the cost of motel, grooms, food, bathing and the actual handling the horse in the classes. Owners are responsible for stall fees, entry fees, bedding at shows. The tack stall fee shall be divided between the number of horses going to the show.
Owners are responsible for insurance, vet bills, Farrier care, and dental work.
We have done exceptionally well at the shows, developing numerous champions, National Top Ten's and National and Reserve and National Champions. We develop a horse at it's own pace, not rushing it, but taking it to its fullest capabilities, both mentally and physically. In regard to National shows only an extra clipping will be charged.

Ten Ls Destinys in the Buff has won several World Top Five placings,
Unanimous Regional Grand Champion Sr. Stallion and numerous
supreme halter classes! In his first two foal crops he has had World Top
Ten offspring and several championships won by his offspring!

Hauling Fees

Our hauling fee are reasonable at $0.40 per mile, minimum of $40.00

Boarding Horses for Sale

Our board rate for horses is only $5.00 per day stall, or pasture.

Mare Care

$5.00 per day dry, 6.00 per day mare care with foal at side!

All Sales

A 10% commission is charged on all horses sold by us and that are sold while in training here at Ten L Training Center.

We have had a very successful rate of sales on horses at Ten-L Training Center. We are very selective in the horses we sell, the horses must be of a good quality, pedigree, good health, and priced fairly.
